By submitting any content to the Platform, including but not limited to posts, comments, and feedback, you grant Podify a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct: Violating any applicable laws or regulations.Impersonating any person or entity.Uploading or distributing any harmful or malicious content.Interfering with the operation of the Platform.Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the Platform.

Termination

Podify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without cause, at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Podify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA.

Amendments

Podify reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
